Orders that are in stock typically ship within 1-3 business days,  while others take longer depending on the product and customization requests. We ship both domestically and internationally. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We will also send you periodic update emails on the status of customized or pre-order items. 

Yes, we do! Ankara for Greeks proudly ships worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders, however, are final sale and non-refundable. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our support team, and we’ll assist you with the process.
