No Returns or Alterations:
Once you place your custom order, you cannot return or alter it. We craft each item to your specifications, making it unique and tailored to your preferences. Therefore, kindly consider your selections carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Partial Shipments for Orders with Pre-Order Items:
In case your order contains multiple items and at least one of them is on pre-order, we will ship the readily available items immediately. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information for these items. The pre-ordered item(s) will be shipped separately as soon as they are ready, and you will receive another email confirmation once they are on their way to you.
