Return Policy

• We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Customized or pre-ordered items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@ankaraforgreeks.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

We are unable to apply discount codes retroactively. If a discount code was not entered at checkout, we cannot issue a refund or store credit for the difference.
Pricing adjustments are not available for items purchased before a sale or promotion.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damage to expedite the process.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) for quality assurance. If the return meets our criteria, we will issue your store credit within 4-5 business days.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process will not be reimbursed.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Store credit will be applied to your account for future purchases and does not expire.
